Account Manager

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and develop strategic marketing plans for both short- and long-term objectives.
- Manage the daily operations of assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Lead all client communications, serving as the main point of contact.
- Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and engagement.
- Work collaboratively as a team player with the creative department to ensure cohesive campaign execution and creative alignment.
- Effectively manage and track client budgets and billable hours to maximize project efficiency.
- Ensure the timely delivery of projects that align with client briefs and budgets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an advertising agency, with a solid digital marketing background. Excellent command of English, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and efficiently manage multiple projects at once. High attention to detail with strong analytical thinking capabilities. Technically savvy and comfortable utilizing digital tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and its application across various channels (social media, events, direct marketing, ATL, PR, etc.).
- Proven project management skills with a track record of successful campaign execution.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills suited for client interactions.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
